This year we made sure to not travel on Christmas morning. We woke up (of course) early and were super surprised by Santa's special visit in the night. It was such a nice day we spent all all day opening gifts and playing with them. Both boys would open one gift and then play a while with it, then proceed to the next gift and play awhile with it. We continued this until all the gifts were open.
I think this lasted into the early afternoon.
