Happy 3rd Birhday Dylan!!

Happy 3rd Birthday to our sweet Dylan!  We had a little birthday party with all of Dylan's grandparents, Uncles and Aunts.  Dylan enjoyed his day opening presents, eating cake and playing his family.

 Unfortunately Dylan ended the day sick with Grandpa Phil.

 On the day of his birthday we spent a nice day with our immediate family.

So what is Dylan up to these days....

Personality:

• Likes to be silly
• Likes to play trains
• Complete Daddy's boy
• Stubborn
• Learning his letters.  Dylan is very much different then Jacob.  He doesn't like to sit down an learn things.  He would rather jump around and play.
• Finally liking his preschool
• Likes to play and watch Power Rangers
• Our most independent child.  He can play by himself for a long time.  Even when you try to play with him he ask you to just watch. 
• Likes to help with the dishes.
• Loves bathes
• Loves broccoli, string cheese, orange juice, yogurt, fruit snacks, cucumbers and ranch dressing,

We would love to start potty training Dylan but he has a little health issue that is preventing us from starting.  Dylan suffers from constant diarrhea.  He has never had a solid stool and most of his bowel movements cause him to have raw and painful rashes on his butt.  We are working with a Gastroenterologist to figure out his issue.  He is scheduled for a colonoscopy and a upper endoscopy (stick a tube through his mouth and down his throat to examine the lining of the esophagus, stomach and small intestine).  They are checking him for gluten allergies and other possibilities.  Hopefully it will be something simple and easy to treat.
