Every year the Engelmeyer clan get together for a full weekend of camping. For years we have gone to Baker Park on Lake Independence. This year the gang decided to rent a house instead. Though I did miss the camping we had a lot of fun. It was nice having our own place and beach. Here are some pictures from my camera and my dads.

Jacob and Cappy didn't start out on good terms but by the end of the weekend they were buddies. Especially after Uncle Andy taught Jacob how to say no to Cappy.

While they were tubing Jake fell off the tube and when we stopped to get him Jacob had the most surprised look on his face. He didn't even know that Daddy had fallen off.

Apparently Captain Jacob passed the driving test so he got to drive while Dylan and I were tubing.
"Do you want to go faster?"
Finally, somewhat of a smile.
Jacob went again all by himself! What a big boy! Of course at times he was more interested in the water in the middle of the tube.
